Job summary

Aerotek in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety programs at a warehouse connected to a Data Center Campus. You will implement policies, ensure OSHA compliance, deliver training, and promote a strong safety culture across the facility.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in EHS, OSHA 10, and strong communication and leadership skills. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with occasional on-call duties; salary ranges from $75k to $84k DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Health & Safety, EHS, or related role.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience with incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in any industry is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Implement health and safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and company safety standards.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management on safety.
• Provide health and safety guidance and technical support.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs.
• Maintain training records via LMS.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses with corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Track hazards, near misses, and incidents in SMS.
• Present safety metrics and recommendations to leadership.
• Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks.
