Qualifications
2+ years of construction safety/risk experience is required.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (Domestic).
Willing to pass a post-offer drug test, background and reference check.
Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and direct the Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
Participate in Safety Committees and perform safety inspections.
Inspire and coach employees to accomplish safety goals.
Skills
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in safety and health, risk control or related areas
