• OSHA 10 Certification required
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices
• Experience with safety training, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Safety experience from any industry is welcomed

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement workplace health and safety programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Coordinate and deliver employee safety training
• Maintain training documentation through the LMS
• Track incidents, hazards, and near misses in the Safety Management System
• Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Communicate safety trends, metrics, and recommendations to leadership
• Serve as a key safety resource for employees and management
