Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking an EHS Manager in Cheyenne, WY to lead site-level Environmental, Health, and Safety programs within our critical facilities environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating incident reporting, safety inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• OSHA 30-hour or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level EHS programs focused on injury prevention, environmental protection, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary EHS representative for safety execution, environmental compliance, emergency response, and incident management.
• Integrate safety into operations across maintenance, vendor coordination, and critical facility activities.
• Drive proactive safety culture emphasizing hazard recognition, engagement, accountability, and behavioral improvement.
• Collaborate with corporate and customer teams to identify risks, resolve gaps, and communicate performance and corrective actions.
• Provide technical EHS support for electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, UPS, generators, cooling, and other critical systems.
• Review and control high-risk work including LOTO, hot work, confined space, elevated work, and chemical handling.
• Participate in planning activities including JSAs, MOP reviews, risk assessments, and pre-task briefings.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies by employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop and update EHS procedures and safe work practices.
• Identify execution gaps and recommend corrective actions or training.
• Promote safety performance through coaching, education, and cultural engagement.
• Manage EHS training compliance including assignment and tracking, and conduct toolbox talks.
