The role requires a Bachelor's degree, MS Office proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English (Spanish preferred) supports a diverse workforce and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse safety compliance with ops management.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Lead safety training and maintain documentation.

• Support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
