Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Warehouse Robotics Engineer to support our automated case-handling system at a major retail customer site in Charlotte.

You will lead robot fleet optimization, analyze system performance data, develop preventive maintenance strategies, and coordinate with the central engineering team on hardware and software upgrades to keep operations efficient and reliable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of robotics or automation engineering experience.
• Data analysis skills (Python, SQL) for fleet performance metrics.
• Understanding of autonomous navigation and path planning concepts.
• Experience leading maintenance teams or projects.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or robotics engineering.
