Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Robotic Case Picking Tech to service autonomous bots at a grocery customer site near Denver. You will maintain gripper systems, navigation sensors, and drive motors, ensuring reliable operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role requires 2+ years of robotics maintenance, knowledge of LiDAR, cameras, encoders, and experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools. Cold storage work (35–40°F) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of robotics or automated equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with gripper, suction, and case handling mechanisms.
• Sensor troubleshooting with LiDAR, cameras, and encoders.
• Familiarity with software-based monitoring and diagnostics tools.
• Cold storage environment experience is a plus (35-40°F).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service robotic case-picking bots on site.
• Service bot gripper mechanisms and navigation sensors.
• Replace drive motors and wheels as needed.
• Use monitoring software to preemptively identify failures.
