Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Warehouse Representative I to support our warehouse operations. You will assist with receiving inventory, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include shipping/receiving, precise inventory records, safety compliance, and accurate order picking with RF scanners. Prior forklift experience is preferred, and on-the-job forklift training is offered. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred and at least 18 years old.
• Maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training provided on the job).
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime hours during busy seasons.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Role Overview

• Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order picking
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes
• Comfort using digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation for this position ranges from $16.25 to $21.70 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
