GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate in Hernando, MS to manage incoming goods, verify accuracy, and update inventory systems. You will unload shipments, inspect items for damage, and help rotate stock while maintaining a clean receiving area.

Responsibilities include stock control, packaging and labeling outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and vendor communication. A high school diploma and 1+ year in warehouse roles are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse or receiving roles preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Unload incoming shipments from trucks or delivery vehicles.
• Inspect goods for damage and verify against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Record discrepancies and initiate claims for damaged or missing items.
• Enter received items into inventory management systems.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Assist with packaging and labeling outgoing shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding deliveries and issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist walk-in customers with order pickups or inquiries.
