Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse or receiving roles preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments from trucks or delivery vehicles.
• Inspect goods for damage and verify against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Record discrepancies and initiate claims for damaged or missing items.
• Enter received items into inventory management systems.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock levels and order accuracy.
• Assist with packaging and labeling outgoing shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding deliveries and issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
