Walkenhorst's is seeking a Receiving/Warehouse associate to manage incoming shipments, verify quantities, and update our inventory systems. You will help keep the receiving area organized and support flow balance across shifts.

Candidates should demonstrate a brisk walking pace, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and follow warehouse safety practices. This full-time hourly position offers benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Requires brisk walking pace to move quickly through the warehouse.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and document all incoming shipments to ensure accurate receipt of goods.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and packing lists for quantity and quality.
• Update inventory management systems with incoming stock and data.
• Maintain organization in the receiving area and prioritize workflow to avoid bottlenecks.
• Assist with restocking, labeling, tagging, and cross-training to balance workflow.
