Job summary

GritrSports.com in Texas is hiring a Warehouse Receiving Associate - Tier 1 to handle inbound inventory, unload packages, and record receipts with an RF scanner. This entry-level, full-time role supports stock accuracy and warehouse flow.

You will work Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, and be expected to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and maintain attention to detail. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English.
• Unloading packages from carriers, counting and sorting inventory, receiving inventory with RF scanner, reconciling with packing slips.
• Stand and lift up to 50lbs; forklift certification preferred.

Warehouse Receiving Associate - Tier 1

Title: Receiving Associate Department: Warehouse and Distribution

Reports to: Receiving Team Lead, Inbound Supervisor, Warehouse Manager

Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English, for safety purposes.

Compensation: $19.50/hr

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday
9am - 6pm

This is a receiving specialist position, receiving inbound inventory and binning it to the warehouse floor. This is the first step in the warehouse process and attention to detail is imperative.

Job Duties:

• Unloading packages from carriers
• Counting and sorting inventory upon arrival
• Receiving inventory with RF scanner
• Reconcile inventory with packing slips
• Report on reconciliations
• KPI Metric Met (weekly)
