Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to assist in warehouse operations for our retail stores.

Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory, with base pay starting at $15.00 per hour and higher, depending on experience. Positions include full-time and part-time roles; candidates should have warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons, in a busy

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified).
