Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our stores. This role unloads, audits, and stages product to maintain accurate inventory levels and efficient store replenishment.

Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience is preferred; forklift certification is required. The position may be full-time or part-time, with variations in hours based on peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with Floor & Decor's core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified).
