Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Receiving Associate to assist in warehouse operations at our Florida store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory and ensure accurate receiving paperwork.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift experience preferred, and be able to work in varying weather and extended hours during peak seasons. Competitive base pay starts at $15.10 per hour, with higher offers based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Complete other related duties as directed by management.
