Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations, unload and audit products, and stage inventory for store recovery. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with responsibilities around safety, paperwork, and space optimization.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing, forklift experience, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Candidates must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and SOPs.
