Floor & Decor Receiving Associate supports warehouse operations, unloading, auditing and staging products to ensure accurate store inventory. The role requires forklift certification, the ability to work in a busy, variable environment and attention to safety procedures.

Applicants should have 1-2 years warehouse experience, strong communication, and the stamina to meet deadlines during peak seasons. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in varying weather.
• Capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork properly.
• Store products to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Complete department and equipment training (forklift certification required).
