Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our Minnesota store. You will unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory, ensuring proper paperwork, space utilization, and safety procedures are followed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift experience, and strong communication. Positions are available as full-time and part-time, with extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work in different weather conditions and fast-paced environments
• Forklift certification required during training

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory
• Ensure goods are staged for counting and inspection
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately
• Store products to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse
• Perform other duties as directed by management
