Sonepar USA Inc in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Warehouse Associate-Receiving to join our team. You will pick, pack, and prepare shipments, process labels, inspect incoming goods, and maintain logs for inventory accuracy to support efficient warehouse operations.

You should have strong attention to detail, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate well with teammates. Familiarity with receiving software or ERP systems is a plus; forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings for customer orders with accuracy.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and documents for transportation or pickup.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects or discrepancies and report issues.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and records for inventory tracking.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Support receiving, shipping, inventory and quality control operations.
• Stock Organization: Keep receiving area clean and hazard-free.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate with vendors for replacements.
