Job summary

L’Oréal USA in Walton, KY is seeking a Logistics/Physical Flows associate to ensure accurate receiving and outbound operations within the Distribution Center. You will coordinate inbound and outbound freight, verify documentation, and support inventory control while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a warehouse setting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Efficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound freight to align with warehouse operations and capacity.
• Schedule outbound freight and inspect/ship shipments; maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Verify accuracy of receiving/shipping documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure inbound/outbound pallets are accurate and undamaged; manage pallet identification paperwork.
• Maintain inventory control records and assist in physical inventories.
• Keep the work area clean and safe; follow OHSA and safety guidelines.
