Job summary

L’Oréal USA is seeking a Jr. Supply Chain Associate in Walton, KY, to participate in the co-op program with real-world distribution center projects.

You will gain hands‑on skills, learn about physical flows, and turn ideas into practical applications with support from a diverse team. You’ll work in a structured co-op environment designed to build technical and managerial capabilities, with exposure to BI tools, lean practices, and cross‑functional collaboration within the Consumer Products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or business-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated leadership in field of study or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Previous internship/co-op experience, preferably in a Supply Chain environment.
• Manage multiple projects, at different stages with different requirements.
• Knowledge in business intelligence, programming, Excel Macros and VBA.
• Working knowledge of 5S/Lean.
