Job summary

Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to replenish inventory, unload totes, and operate select equipment. The role requires attention to stock accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a busy distribution center.

Shifts start as early as 3:00am, full-time 40 hours/week, with occasional weekends. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401k match, health plans, and tuition assistance. Competitive hourly pay: $18.00–$20.00 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse mapping.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift and move cases up to 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Replenish products in the warehouse and maintain stock rotation.
• Unload totes from trailers and organize inventory slots.
• Operate machinery as required and follow safety rules.
• Assist receiving and order selection teams when needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; fold and stack cardboard.
• Follow security guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
