Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to safely replenish products, unload totes, and operate select equipment. You will rotate inventory using FIFO, assist receiving and order picking teams, and keep areas tidy and compliant with safety standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to understand warehouse mapping and layout.
• Ability to safely operate standard warehouse equipment.
• Capable of lifting and moving cases up to 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Must follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work overtime on request.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products in the warehouse.
• Replenish product in inventory slots as required.
• Unload empty totes from trailers for processing.
• Operate assigned machinery as needed.
• Rotate product using first in/first out method across the facility.
• Assist in obtaining products from the receiving team.
• Assist order selection team when required.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Fold and stack cardboard as needed to keep space clear.
• Follow safety and security guidelines at all times.
• Be familiar with work area and inventory levels.
• Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.

Experience in Warehouse/Manufacturing

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + bonuses.

Schedule: Shifts can begin as early as 3:00am and end in the afternoon, five days a week, with occasional weekends and overtime. This is a full-time position 40 hours/week.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products in the warehouse.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing Environments a plus.
• Ability to understand warehouse mapping.
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift and move cases occasionally up to 50+Lbs,
• Must be able to follow policies and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work overtime upon request.

Working Conditions: Warehouse Clerks will work in regular or freezer temperatures. Individuals working in freezer conditions will be provided with adequate cold gear and receive additional hourly differentials. This role is very fast-paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet replenishment rates. The position will also require general physical movements such as frequently walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching, occasionally lifting 50+Lbs Individuals will also be expected to follow and understand basic instructions/ policies.
