Job summary

CoxHealth Distribution Center Receiving in Springfield, Missouri, seeks a Lead Warehouse Technician to handle receiving, routing, and order fulfillment for the healthcare system. This role requires stocking, sorting, and delivering stock with a Class E license, while working closely with the Warehouse supervisor to improve quality and productivity.

Education required is a High School Diploma or equivalent; experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft programs and inventory systems.
• Familiar with fiscal year-end inventory processes.
• Compliant with regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock, materials and paperwork.
• Route merchandise to correct locations across the healthcare system.
• Pick and fill orders from stock.
• Stock, sort and place stock on racks or bin locations.
• Deliver stock by warehouse truck with a Class E license and clean driving record.
• Collaborate with Warehouse supervisor to improve quality and productivity.

Job Description

• Receiving and processing incoming stock, materials, and paperwork utilizing various Supply Chain software tools.
• In addition, must demonstrate a working knowledge of all department locations for correct and timely routing (and signatures) of merchandise throughout the Healthcare System.
• Picking and filling orders from stock.
• Stocking, sorting and placing stock on racks, shelves or bin locations.
• Delivery of stock by warehouse truck (Class E license and good driving record).
• The Lead Warehouse Technician will work closely with the Warehouse supervisor to drive quality and productivity improvements.
