Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Clerk - Warehouse Receiving to ensure accurate receipt of goods, verify quantities, and enter deliveries into the inventory system. You will work with Purchasing and Finance to resolve pricing and returns, and perform cycle counts to reconcile inventory.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, pass a background check, and be able to obtain required licenses. Flex shifts and strong communication with multiple departments are also required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and software.
• Experience reviewing inventory stock levels and placing orders to maintain par levels.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all goods received meet quality standards and PO specs.
• Verify quantities, pack sizes, and pricing against Purchase Orders.
• Enter deliveries into the Inventory/Purchasing System for payment processing.
• Coordinate returns/credits with Purchasing and track invoices.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system.
