Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Receiving and Distribution Assistant for the Printing Facility (0290). The role involves picking and pulling orders, restocking inventory, preparing UniPrint jobs for shipment, and handling mail and USPS processes.

You will work 40 hours weekly on first shift, with a salary range described as $16.65–$21.77 per hour, and will be subject to background check and possible drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience.
• 2 years of inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• 2 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking and pulling orders in the 4H warehouse.
• Restocking shelves and racks with new inventory.
• Preparing UniPrint jobs for shipment.
• Using courier services and shipping UPS daily.
• Receiving paper and other materials for UniPrint.
• Processing mail and sorting mail per USPS specifications.
• Assisting operating mail equipment (inserters, inkjet machines, strappers, tying machines).
• Maintaining inventory levels.
