Job summary

Madisonhealth is seeking a Materials Management - Distribution and Shipping Tech (RPT) to support receiving, labeling, and delivering supplies under the Director of Purchasing/Materials Management. Use the EMR system to process data and ensure accurate daily operations.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–2:00pm, with regular part-time hours. Requires basic Excel/Word skills and reliable, punctual performance in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform physical labor and use basic Excel and Word.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive from shippers, label, and deliver supplies as requisitioned by customers.
• Use electronic medical record system to process data.
• Adhere to schedule as assigned by Director of Purchasing/Materials Management.
