Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a temporary Distribution Employee to support packaging, material handling and shipping operations under supervision. The role requires operating a forklift and walking pallet jack, meeting case/hour targets, and adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift operator license or certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 lb bags and 15–25 lb cases on a continuous basis.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load finished product by picking orders to meet case/hour targets.
• Move products from production to storage in a timely manner.
• Perform plant services tasks such as sweeping and cleaning.
• Follow safety rules and complete tasks safely at all times.
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervision.
