Job summary

St. Mary's Food Bank in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Receiving Associate for our busy warehouse. You will input receiving data into the Ceres ERP system, weigh and label inbound products, and help maintain accurate records and FEFO inventory.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a warehouse and data entry, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong math and organizational skills. Pay starts at $22.50/hr with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse and data input experience preferred (1 year).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, weighs, and labels inbound products accurately.
• Inputs all receiving information into Ceres ERP accurately.
• Prepares donation receipt records and reports for internal audit on inbound products.
• Maintains QA standards when inspecting incoming product and labels FEFO pallets as needed.
• Inspects inbound product and truck temperatures for refrigerated/frozen items per SOPs.
• Works with Warehouse Leads & Supervisors to prioritize workload.
• Conducts temperature audits in walk-in coolers and freezers; maintains records.
• Relays information to Put-Away team after receipt of products.
• Maintains housekeeping of receiving area and records.
