Job summary

AMF Bakery Systems is seeking a Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving goods, matching packing slips to purchases, and entering data into the ERP system. You will place goods in correct locations, label items, and assist in inventory control to ensure timely production support.

The role requires forklift operation, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• D365 experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Proficiency with basic math and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify against documents.
• Match shipments to purchase orders and enter data into ERP.
• Label, store, and distribute goods to correct locations.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist in inventory control.
• Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing to resolve receiving issues.
