Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for entry-level receiving clerks and data entry specialists in Glenshaw, PA to support warehouse management systems. This role focuses on accurate data entry and documentation within WMS and inventory software, with consistent pay and a stable daytime schedule.

You will input receiving data, label items with barcodes, file documents for audit readiness, and assist senior clerks on various tasks.

Qualifications

• Data entry into WMS or inventory software with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with computers.
• WMS experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow client procedures for different mandates.

Responsibilities

• Data entry: input receiving data and PO info into WMS or inventory software.
• Labeling: print/attach internal barcode labels to products or pallets.
• Document filing: organize and file hard-copy docs for audit readiness.
• Support: assist senior clerks with sorting mail and dock paperwork.
• Adaptability: learn procedures used by different clients on short-term mandates.
