Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Minnesota store. The role involves unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation familiarity, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be able to work in varying weather and extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with Floor & Decor's core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Follow safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training ( forklift certification required).
