Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at its Cape Coral store. The role involves unloading, auditing, staging inventory, and ensuring accurate receiving paperwork while maintaining safety standards.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Minimum base pay begins at $15.10 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience; forklift certification is required for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required for the role.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing, and staging product.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products to maximize space and uphold safety rules.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Perform related tasks as directed by management.
• Adhere to safe-lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete department and equipment training ( forklift certified ).
