Job summary
Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to assist warehouse operations at our Pompano Beach store. The role involves unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory, with full-time and part-time shifts available.
The position requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift handling capability, and strong communication. Expect a base pay starting at $15.10 per hour, with higher starting pay possible based on experience.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred, certification ideal.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Detail-oriented with safety awareness.
- Able to work in varying weather and peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Act in line with company values.
- Stage products for counting and inspection.
- Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
- Store products to conserve space and follow safety rules.
- Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
- Perform related duties as assigned by management.
- Follow safe lifting practices and SOPs.
- Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
