Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Fort Myers store. You will help unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory while adhering to safety procedures.

The role can be full-time or part-time, with minimum base pay starting at $15.10 per hour and higher pay based on experience. Forklift certification and strong attention to detail are important for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified).
