Job summary

Owens & Minor in Arden, NC is seeking a full-time Receiving Associate to accurately and timely receive materials in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will enter RM components in SAP, verify PO counts, schedule inbound freight, maintain inventory and support KPI data, with a 3pm-11pm shift and overtime. The role includes safety, data integrity, and opportunities for growth within this growing healthcare logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Primarily responsible for accurate and timely receiving of materials.
• Ensure accurate receiving documents and data records in SAP.
• Verify counts match purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Schedule inbound freight and maintain inventory accuracy and KPI data.

Responsibilities

• Places safety first and follows all procedures and policies.
• Ensures accuracy of receiving documents and data entry in SAP.
• Maintains inventory of warehouse materials and supplies.
• Monitors inbound shipments and coordinates with Purchasing.
• Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area.
