Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate in Wood Dale, IL. The role focuses on receiving shipments, inspecting cargo, and staging goods for outbound orders in a fast-paced warehouse. Pay is $19.00 – $21.00 per hour with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and start time from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, using scanners, maintaining records, and supporting a safe, organized warehouse. forklift training is provided; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse scanning systems.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required; certification training is provided.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
