SanMar in Minnesota is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load trailers by following SOPs, with responsibilities including palletizing and moving product as needed.

The role requires basic math, color/sku identification, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse. Candidates may be asked to obtain Lift Operator Certification every three years and must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Able to work both independently and within a team.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comprehends verbal and written instructions.
• Essential days or overtime may be required.
• May need to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification every three years

Mansioni

• Unload and load product following standard operating procedures.
• May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product as needed.
• Maintain safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations.
• Meet minimum standards and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
