Job summary

SanMar in Minnesota is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load trailers following SOPs, sorting, palletizing and moving product as needed. You may operate a Power Jack and must maintain accuracy and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), basic math, color/size/SKU recognition, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Overtime may be required.
• Lift Operator Certification may be required every three years.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures.
• May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product as needed.
• Work with a positive, supportive attitude towards Company, job, customers and co-workers.
• Meet minimum standards and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
