Job summary

SanMar in Minnesota is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load trailers by following SOPs and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You may operate a Power Jack to move pallets or products as needed while meeting deadlines and staying compliant with safety regulations.

You should be able to read and write, identify colors/SKUs, perform basic math, and communicate effectively with teammates. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantities and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity checks.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to thrive in high-volume environments and meet deadlines.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• May need to complete Lift Operator Certification every three years.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product by following SOPs.
• Operate Power Jack to move pallets or products as needed.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area per safety regulations.
• Meet minimum standards and delivery deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
