Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load incoming and outgoing trailers by following SOPs. The role may involve sorting, palletizing, and moving product, with occasional use of a Power Jack to relocate pallets.

The position requires adherence to safety regulations, accuracy, and deadlines, plus the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures.
• May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product as needed.
• Maintain a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers.
• Meet minimum standards and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
