Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load incoming and outgoing trailers in our DC Warehouse in Minnesota. You will follow SOPs, move pallets, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume operation.

The role requires basic reading/writing, color and SKU identification, and strong attention to detail. Overtime may be required; we value reliability and teamwork in a physical warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and color identification required.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product following SOPs.
• Operate Power Jack to move pallets or product when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area per safety regulations.
• Meet accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Perform other duties and comply with company policies.
