Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load incoming and outgoing trailers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, using a Power Jack when needed, and maintaining a safe workspace while meeting deadlines. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision or in a team.
• Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environments and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product by following SOPs.
• May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude toward the company and coworkers.
• Meet minimum standards and accuracy targets and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain safe, neat, and clean work area per safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies.
