Job summary

SanMar in Minnesota seeks an Invoicer to handle invoicing, tagging and loading customer shipments accurately and promptly. The role requires moving products with pallet jacks, verifying shipping details in the internal system, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse.

The ideal candidate has invoicing or shipping experience, basic math skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Lift equipment certification may be required, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.
• Prior invoicing or shipping experience is preferred.
• Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• May be required to complete SanMar Lift Operator Certification.
• Ability to move product by pallet jack and hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Invoice, tag and load customer shipments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Move product with pallet jack and hand truck as needed.
• Check out equipment and return in the same condition.
• Use Internal Operating System to verify shipping details.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies.
