Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Racking CAD Drafter to design warehouse layout drawings and prepare associated documentation for Inland Empire projects. You will produce AutoCAD layouts for racking systems, generate bills of materials, and assemble permit submission packages, with occasional field measurements and site visits.

The role is office-based with occasional site visits for field measurements and verification of as-built conditions after installation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Knowledge of pallet racking systems and components.
• Bill of material generation skills.
• Understanding of building permit drawing requirements.
• Field measurement and site survey abilities.
