Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Quality Assurance professional to ensure order accuracy and product quality in the warehouse. You will conduct routine and random inspections of picked, packed, and shipped items to uphold customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot checks on outbound orders to verify contents, quantities, labeling, packaging, quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Review inbound materials for proper receipt, quantities, storage placement, and condition.
• Audit inventory by counting and reconciling with system records; document variances for process improvement.
• Audit invoices, packing slips, and shipping docs for accuracy prior to billing or shipment.
• Communicate errors and provide guidance to prevent recurrence; follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, audits, and discrepancies; report metrics to management.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in refining procedures.
• Assist with full-cycle inventory counts, cycle counts, and pallet audits as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
