Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service is seeking a Fulfillment Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure order accuracy and product quality through routine and random inspections of picked, packed, and shipped items in the warehouse.

The role emphasizes maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and familiarity with inventory systems. Monday–Friday shifts with potential overtime and a starting wage of $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving preferred.
• Experience with inventory software and scanning devices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot checks on outbound orders to verify contents, quantities, labeling, packaging, quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Review inbound materials for receipt accuracy, storage placement and condition.
• Audit inventory by comparing physical counts to system records and document variances.
• Audit invoices, packing slips, and shipping docs for accuracy before billing/shipment.
• Communicate errors to fulfillment staff and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, audits, and discrepancies; report metrics to management.
• Support safety procedure development and adherence.
