Job summary

Paleovalley in Columbus, OH is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Technician to serve as the primary onsite Quality & Food Safety representative at our warehouse. You will perform inspections, collect samples, maintain records, and escalate issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will support traceability, mock recalls, and audits, ensuring GMPs and safety standards are met while collaborating with the Quality & Food Safety team. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related technical training preferred.
• 3+ years in food quality control, QA, or related regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Quality and Food Safety inspections of incoming, stored, returned, and outbound products.
• Collect samples and coordinate shipment to labs for testing.
• Maintain quality records and assist with investigations and corrective actions.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to onsite QA processes.
