The role focuses on applying and maintaining quality requirements, supporting problem resolution, and driving continuous improvement with strong documentation and QA tool usage. This position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or fast-paced warehouse preferred.
• Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
• Serve as the primary Quality Assurance resource to department supervisor(s) for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
• Execute and analyze quality-reporting measures.
• Report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses.
• Participate in quality audits.
• Ensure product quality to meet customer, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay $20.50 hourly
• Schedule: First Shift Monday‑Friday 6:00am‑2:00pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years or more in manufacturing or fast‑paced warehouse preferred
• Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
