Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Wilmer, Texas is hiring a permanent full-time Quality Coordinator at our warehouse facility. You will monitor packaging quality, verify codes, and support GMP compliance.

The role includes collaborating with supervisors, performing inspections, and maintaining safety standards; experience with GMPs, FDA/USDA is preferred; high school diploma required, associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred for this role.
• High school diploma required to qualify.
• Experience with GMPs, FDA, USDA, etc. is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a food-grade facility is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Verify and monitor relevant finished packaging codes as it relates to specifications
• Assist in effectively inspecting product for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants such as stones, wood, glass, plastic, etc., prior to packaging in accordance to specifications
• Perform timely checks to meet specifications
• Provide supervisors/managers with proper quality documentation as required
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Maintain qualify to meet all standards required by FDA, USDA, etc.
• Ensure product quality to meet Customer, state and federal guidelines
• Other duties as required or assigned

Ryder is immediately hiring permanent full-time Quality Coordinator at our warehouse manufacturing facility in Wilmer, Texas.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $17.25 per hour
• Additional Pay $0.25 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Requirements
